You can book a consultation online through our website, by calling us at +1 (613) 777-8717, or by visiting our clinic in person.
We strive to keep wait times to a minimum. For scheduled appointments, most patients are seen within 10–15 minutes of their appointment time. Walk-in availability varies, so we recommend calling ahead.
Most family medicine services are covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan). Supplemental or employer plans may cover additional services—our team can help you understand what applies before your appointment. Cosmetic procedures are typically not covered by OHIP; we explain costs clearly upfront.
We offer a full range of family medicine services including checkups, preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatrics, women's health, and mental health support. Our cosmetic division provides Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP therapy, and body contouring.
Please bring your Ontario health card (OHIP), a valid photo ID, a list of current medications, any relevant medical records, and your insurance information if applicable. Arriving 15 minutes early helps us complete your intake smoothly.
Our clinic is designed for primary care and cosmetic services. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, please call us to check same-day availability.
Most insured family medicine services are covered by your Ontario health card (OHIP). We help you understand what is insured and discuss any uninsured fees before treatment.
Walk-ins are welcome during posted clinic hours when capacity allows. For urgent symptoms, call us—we often reserve same-day slots for family medicine concerns.
You meet with a physician to review goals, health history, and realistic outcomes. There is no obligation to proceed; you receive a clear plan and pricing before any treatment.
